Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your order history and we'll email you a label.

Eligibility

• Unused, in original packaging.
• Final-sale items aren't returnable (marked at checkout).
• Gift cards aren't returnable but never expire.

Refund timing

Card refunds appear within 5–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are credited as a gift card you can use across the catalog — issued the same day we receive the return.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
